This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

BUYER

The individual or legal entity placing an order through the Seller’s website (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”).

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products offered by the Seller through the website auto-tr.com, including the rights and obligations of both parties relating to the sale, payment, delivery, returns, and refunds.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product details including:

• Product name

• Specifications

• Quantity

• Price

• Shipping costs (if applicable)

• Total payable amount

are clearly displayed on the product and checkout pages and form an integral part of this Agreement.

4. ORDER & PAYMENT

4.1. Orders are placed electronically through the Seller’s website.

4.2. Payment must be completed using the payment methods provided on the website.

4.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

• Payment failure

• Pricing or listing errors

• Suspicion of fraud

• Stock unavailability

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.

5.2. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or force major events.

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

5.4. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURNS

6.1. The Buyer may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

6.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6.4. Used professional tools, customized products, or items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

• Used or damaged tools

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons

8. REFUNDS

8.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

8.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

8.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Seller error.

9. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

The Seller may offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund at its discretion.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of TrAuto PDR and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Seller shall not be liable for:

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by international commercial principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable settlement first; failing that, disputes shall be subject to the courts determined by the Seller.

14. ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order on auto-tr.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
